The Phoenix Group (www.phoenixgp.com) traveled to Idaho to create a Shooters Insight documentary and 7 educational episodes about western photographer, David Stoecklein, as he used the new EOS 7D for the first time. Canon Technical Specialist, Rudy Winston, was on location to show the photographer all the new features of the camera, both for stills and video recording. All HD Video footage for the documentary and episodes was shot exclusively with Canon DSLRs, 5D Mark II and 7D and an assortment of EF lenses. Only available light was used and shows the ability of the cameras to perform in a variety of challenging light conditions. On a trip to the Big Lost Mountains in Idaho, photographer, David Stoecklein and Canon Technical Specialist, Rudy Winston, are able to really see the quality of the images the EOS 7D can produce under a wide range of lighting conditions.
