This is a test short film I created. The test was framing for a 2:40:1 aspect ratio and for my canon 7D. This was shot and edited by me (I am also the only cast member). I hate acting in my own films, so this is kind of awkward. Oh well, enjoy.

I set out this past Friday night to capture images of Austin’s people and night scene. The weather was perfect for a November evening with a slight fog setting in late. I work downtown in the evenings and am familiar with this overly friendly group of folks. Austin, Texas is a great town. All images shot with Canon 7D, Sigma 30mm, 1.4, wide open, edit in FCP, no correction with all shots raw from the camera. The 7D is a real treat. Saved 720p, .mov, medium resolution, so be patient with the video buffering. Song credit: Miles Davis – Drag Dog. Album: Someday my prince will come.
